Daily reports can fall behind on a busy jobsite. Raken's Compliance feature gives you a clear view of completed and missed reports—so you can identify gaps, take action, and keep your project records audit-ready.

Quick Answer

To manage project compliance:

  1. Log into the Raken Web App.

  2. Click Projects in the left side navigation bar and select your project.

  3. Click Compliance in the left side menu.

  4. Select Completed to view signed reports or Missed to view outstanding ones.

  5. Hover over a missed date to choose No Work Done, Complete Daily, or Reminder.

How to View and Manage Compliance on the Web

Step 1: Navigate to Compliance

Log into the Raken Web App. Click Projects in the left side navigation bar and select the project you want to review.

Step 2: Open the Compliance Menu

Scroll down in the left side menu and click Compliance.

Step 3: Review Completed Reports

Click Completed to see all signed reports for the project. To sign multiple reports at once, check the box on each report—a green Sign button will appear.

Step 4: Address Missed Reports

Click Missed to see a list of dates with no completed report. Hover over any date to take action:

  • No Work Done — Moves the day from Missed to Completed with a No Work Done tag.

  • Complete Daily — Redirects you to that day's report so you can add information and sign it.

  • Reminder — Sends a notification to team members on this account to complete the missing report.

Step 5: Notify Subcontractors

To notify subs about all missed dailies at once, click the bell icon at the top of the Missed list. To notify for an individual date, hover over that date and select Reminder.

Troubleshooting & FAQ

Why is the Sign button greyed out?

A report must contain at least one entry—such as a work log, note, or photo—before it can be signed. Add a quick note to enable the signature button.

Will the Compliance menu show all companies on my project?

Yes. Compliance is organized by company, so you can track completed and missed reports for your organization and any subcontractors separately.

Can I mark multiple days as No Work Done at once?

Yes. From the Daily Logs Calendar view, click the crescent moon icon, set a start and end date, and click Save. This bulk-marks all selected days.
