Get the most out of your Safety & QC Checklists and Observations by monitoring your insights!

Getting to your Safety & Quality Control Insights

  • Login to Raken on the web

  • From your Dashboard, navigate to Insights

  • Once in Insights, you will be able to locate your Safety and Quality Control tabs to the right of the screen


Choosing your Parameters

  • Select a Time Frame you would like to review

  • You can also select between all Active Projects, Active and Inactive Projects, Selected Projects, or Selected Project Groups

  • The data in the charts will update based on the parameters you set

  • Many of the charts can be expanded to reveal additional information

  • Each graph can be exported as a PDF


Understanding where the Data comes from

  • Safety Insights come from checklists designated under the classes of Safety, Environmental, or Equipment, along with Observations designated as Safety or Environmental.

  • Quality Control Insights come from checklists and observations designated under classes of Quality or Commissioning.

  • Checklists Assigned represent any checklists that have been scheduled and checklists that were selected from the field. Completed checklists account for any checklists that have a completed signature. Your Checklist Compliance represents the percentage of Checklists Assigned that have been completed.

  • Issues Raised come from any Negative Observations collected from the job site. You can learn more about the observation tool Here

  • Top 5 Checklist Deficiencies come from answers of "No" to checklist questions of the "Yes/No" type and checklist questions with unchecked checkboxes. You can learn more about building checklists Here

  • Checklist Completion by Work Unit tells you the Raken Classifications of the employees that have completed checklists. You can expand this chart to see individual employees within each work unit.

  • Observations Raised by Team Members shows which employees are creating observations.

  • Issues Raised by Type comes from Negative Observations collected.

  • Issues Raised / Hours Worked shows you the total Negative Observations collected against the total hours worked.

  • Positive vs. Negative Observations Observed only includes observations that were assigned to others and does not include observations with no assignee.
