With the whole team filling out Checklists to document their on-site activities, the last thing you want is to have to dig through stacks of paper or piles of binders when you need to find specific documents. Thankfully, with Raken you won't have to. All Checklists that are signed and completed are available immediately in the Raken web app so that you can quickly find the exact safety audit or JHA you're looking for. Check out the process below to learn how from the project or company level.
Reviewing Checklists on a Company Level
Login to the Raken Web App.
Click on the "Company" tab on the left side of your screen.
Select "Checklists" on the left side bar.
Click on the "Completed" subsection.
All completed checklists from your active, inactive, and deleted projects will appear on the list so that you can always reference older documents.
Click on the three dots to the right of a checklist to view, download, share, or delete it.
Click the column headers to sort by checklist name, date completed, project, author, or attachment status.
Use the search bar above to search for checklists by name.
Reviewing Checklists on a Project Level
Login to the Raken Web App.
Click on the "Projects" menu on the left side of your screen.
Enter your desired project.
Navigate to the "Safety & Quality" tab in the left menu bar and select Checklists.
All completed Checklists from the selected project will appear on the list so that you can always reference older documents.
Utilize the Filters button to the left of the search bar to look for specific checklists names, locations or date ranges.
Click on the three dots to the right of a Checklist to view, download, share, or delete it.
Click the column headers to sort by Checklist name, Responsible person, location or date completed.
Click on the search bar above and to the left of the list to search the Checklists by name.
Click on the orange "+ Checklist" button in the top right to begin working on a new Checklist.
Reviewing Checklists on the Mobile App
Login to the Raken Mobile App.
Enter the Project Tools menu and select your desired project.
Tap on the "Checklists" icon in the Raken Tools list.
At the top of the screen toggle to view Scheduled, In Progress, or Completed checklists.
All completed Checklists from the selected project will appear in the list so that you can always reference older documents.
Click on the name of a Checklist to view it.
While viewing a checklist, click the share icon in the top right to send a copy of the Checklist by email or text.
Click on the search bar above the list to search completed Checklists by name.
Click on the orange + button in the bottom right to begin working on a new Checklist.
Considerations
To delete completed Checklists, you need to have either Account Admin or Admin level permissions.
