If the maximum number of concurrent mobile devices is reached on your individual login you will see a banner at the top of your page upon login. This banner is an alert to contact your Account Administrator or our Award Winning Raken Support Team. Once contacted, your Account Administrator or Raken Support Manager can assist you in ensuring your account is configured properly.

If the maximum number of concurrent mobile devices is reached on your individual login you will see an alert when you attempt to login to the Raken Mobile App. To clear the alert and use the Raken mobile app you need to contact your Account Administrator or our Award Winning Raken Support Team. Once contacted, your Account Administrator or Raken Support Manager can assist you in ensuring your account is configured properly.
