Downloading the Raken app from the Apple App Store take only a few simple steps.
Downloading The Raken App
Open the Apple App Store on the iPhone or iPad that you would like to download the Raken app on.
In the lower right corner of the App Store tap on the Search button.
In the search box that appears type in Raken and tap search.
Tap the 'Get' button that appears to the right-hand side of the Raken app icon.
Return to the device home screen and tap on the Raken app to get started.
Logging In
When you open the app for the first time, you will be given two options:
Get Started - this button will create a brand new 'Company' and will start a trial account
Sign In - Select this option if you have an existing account or someone has invited you to join an existing company account,
Note: Your login credentials include your email that your administrator used to invite you to your account. You will set up your password upon your first login - it is case sensitive! If your credentials aren’t working for you, reset your password with the link provided, or contact us!
