Uploading a list of employees will ensure that your team stays consistent with recording time. It also makes it easy for your Superintendents and Foremen to make selections from an existing list, reducing the risk of adding a duplicate worker.
Log in to the Raken web app.
Click on 'Team' in the top right.
Select the 'Worker' tab.
In order to upload your own cost codes or worker list, first download our provided CSV template by clicking the "Import" button and then selecting 'Import Template' button to ensure it is in the proper format for uploading.
Once your list is formatted correctly to match the provided template, click 'Upload CSV' to upload
You now have the option to assign the worker to all projects or specific ones.
Note: Company-level Workers will be immediately available on all existing projects for your team to create Time Cards. You are able to select the workers name and assign them to only show up on specific projects.
If you would rather add your workers or cost codes manually, select the "+Workers" button on the right of the page.
