Once your reports are signed you need to get them submitted to your stakeholders to make sure everyone stays on the same page. Raken offers the ability to automatically send daily reports to both internal and external recipients.

Adding Report Email Recipients

  1. Log into the Raken Web App.

  2. At the top of the page click Projects.

  3. Select the project for which you would like to add a recipient for the daily report.

  4. Once in the desired project click on the Settings button at the top left corner of the page.

  5. In the window that appears click on the Settings tab.

  6. Click on the option titled Daily reporting.

  7. On the page that appears click the Recipients tab.

  8. Enter the email addresses for the people needing or wanting the Daily Report emailed to them

    1. For those people that want to receive a full Daily report, enter their email addresses in the Internal Members section

    2. For those people who want a high-level review of the project's daily progress, enter their email addresses in the External Members section

  9. Select the time at which the completed report will be sent

    1. You can select to have the completed Daily Report to be sent as soon as the report is signed.

    2. You can select to have the report sent at a specific time the day following the report being completed (we recommend between 2-6am so the report is at the top of the recipient's inbox)

  10. Once desired changes are made click the Save button on the top right corner of the page.

Automatic email distribution is available on the Raken Performance Plan. Please contact us if you would like information on this feature and other excellent features of the Raken Performance Plan.
