Contacting Raken Support

Our Support team is available on weekdays from 7 am to 4 pm Pacific Time to help you out with any questions you may have. Feel free to reach us using the methods below.

  • Chat - On the web, click the blue icon in the bottom right to open a chat. From the mobile app, open the main menu and click 'Help'. We typically respond within 5 minutes during business hours to help out!

  • Email - You can send us an email as well to get in touch with our support team. We typically respond within 5 minutes during business hours to emails as well.

  • Phone - You can call us at +1 866-438-0646 anytime. If we don't pick up, leave a message and we'll give you a call back as soon as we're available.

Resetting Your Account Password

  1. From the login screen in the mobile app or website, click on the "Forgot Password" link.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your Raken account and press "Continue"

  3. Check your email for and email from us with a link for you to create a new password

Didn't Receive the Email?

In the event you have not received this email within a couple of minutes, please check your spam folders. If you still can't find an email from Raken, it may be that you have unsubscribed from our emails in the past. Simply drop us a message in the chat and we will manually reset your password for you.

Checking for Open Incidents

If something isn't looking right on your account you can always check out Statuspage to see if there are any issues under investigation. Feel free to drop us a line by chat, email, or phone and we'll keep you posted when the incident has been resolved.
