Single sign on (SSO) support ensures that your organizations security requirements for third party software is adhered to. Getting SSO set up your account can be achieved with a few simple steps.


Steps

  1. Contact the Raken support team or your account manager to express your interest in SSO for your account.

    1. The Raken support team can be contacted by email at help@rakenapp.com or by phone at (866) 438-0646.

  2. The Raken support team or your account manager will review your account to determine if you qualify for SSO.

  3. If your account does qualify for SSO the Raken support team or your account manager will request some key pieces of information that will be needed to enable SSO on your account.

  4. Your account will then gain SSO access.

What systems does Raken support?

Raken SSO supports all standard open ID and/or SAML based providers.

Does Raken support two factor authentication?

If your client’s IDP/IMS has two factor authentication, it will work through Raken.

What is the estimated implementation time?

As soon as the correct information is shared and updated you can enable or disable SSO in minutes.

Does Raken SSO support authentication and authorization?

At this time Raken SSO only supports authentication, not authorization.

  • This means we will verify a user’s identify through SSO for access, but not grant or configure specific permissions within Raken.
