The Project List Export gives you a full company-wide export of every project in your Raken account, in a single click, with no filters or setup required. It's the fastest way to get a clean list of all your projects and their basic details into a spreadsheet.
Quick Answer
To download the Project list export:
Click Projects in the left navigation.
Click the Reports button in the top right corner.
Select Project list export from the dropdown.
The CSV downloads immediately — there's no options screen, no filters, and no scheduling. It always includes every project on the account, regardless of status.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Navigate to the Projects List
Log into the Raken web app. Click Projects in the left navigation to open the company-wide projects list.
Step 2: Open the Reports Dropdown
Click the Reports button in the top right corner of the page, next to + New project.
Step 3: Select Project List Export
Click Project list export from the dropdown. A brief loading screen appears, then the CSV downloads directly to your device — there's no modal, no project scope selection, and no time frame to set.
What's Included
The exported CSV includes one row per project, with these columns:
Project Name
Job #
Street Address
City
State
Zip Code
Country
Project Start Date
Project End Date
Project Status
Project Status reflects each project's current state — Active, Inactive, or Deleted. Blank fields (like Job #, address, or end date) simply mean that information was never entered for that project.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
Can I filter this export to only Active projects?
Not directly. The export always includes every project on the account — Active, Inactive, and Deleted. Filter or sort the CSV by the Project Status column after downloading if you only need one state.
Can I schedule this report to arrive automatically?
No. Project list export downloads immediately when clicked — there's no Scheduled tab and no email delivery option.
Can I export this in PDF format?
No. Project list export is CSV only.
Why are some rows missing address, Job #, or end date?
Those fields are optional when a project is created. A blank cell means that field was never filled in for that project — it's not an error in the export.
Does this include projects I don't have access to?
The export reflects the projects visible to your role. Account Administrators see the full company list; Project Administrators and other roles see only projects they're assigned to.
