Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) is Intuit's newer cloud-native platform, and Raken's existing QuickBooks Online integration already works with it today.

Yes — Raken integrates with Intuit Enterprise Suite. IES is a qualifying plan tier for the Raken + QuickBooks Online integration, alongside QuickBooks Online Plus and Advanced. There's nothing IES-specific to set up — you connect and onboard the same way as any QuickBooks Online customer.

Is Raken Compatible with IES?
Yes. Raken's QuickBooks Online integration is fully compatible with Intuit Enterprise Suite. Projects, Employees, Vendors/1099 contractors, and optionally Pay Types and Cost Codes sync the same way for IES accounts as they do for any other qualifying QuickBooks Online plan. Looking Ahead: Multi-Company and Custom Dimension Support
IES supports a couple of capabilities that go beyond what QuickBooks Online offers, and beyond what our integration currently connects to. If either of these describes how you use IES, we'd like to hear from you — your interest helps us prioritize what we build next.
Do You Manage Multiple Companies in IES?
IES supports managing multiple companies (separate legal entities) within a single account — including roll-up views across companies and parent-child relationship management. This isn't something QuickBooks Online supports, and it's not yet something our integration connects to directly.

Interested in Using Custom Dimensions?
IES supports Custom Dimensions — customizable labeled fields with a pick list of values that some customers use to track a more detailed work breakdown structure than QuickBooks Online's standard Class/Service Item setup allows. Our integration does not currently sync Dimension data.

Troubleshooting & FAQ
Do I need to set anything up differently in Raken because I'm on IES instead of QBO Plus or Advanced?
No. The connection and onboarding process is identical regardless of which qualifying QuickBooks Online plan you're on.
Will Raken eventually build a dedicated IES integration?
It's on our radar as IES adoption grows, since IES supports some capabilities QuickBooks Online never will. There's no committed timeline yet — the multi-company and Custom Dimensions callouts above are how we're gathering interest to help inform that.
Considerations
Requires the Performance Plan, same as the standard QuickBooks Online integration.
Multi-company management and Custom Dimensions are not yet supported by the integration — reach out if either is relevant to you.
Onboarding is CS-managed, identical to the standard QuickBooks Online integration process.
