Step-by-Step Instructions
This feature is available on the Raken web app only.
Step 1: Navigate to Integrations
Log into the Raken web app. Click Company in the left navigation, then click Integrations.
Step 2: Open the Paychex Integration
Click the Paychex tile to open the integration settings.
Step 3: Enable the Integration
Click the orange + Enable button in the top right corner.
Step 4: Configure Settings
Click the Settings button on the left side of the page. Configure the following to match your Paychex account:
Job number field mapping β specify how the job number field maps to your Paychex account
Paychex Company Number β enter your company number as it appears in Paychex
Labor Override β enable or disable based on your Paychex configuration
Step 5: Save
Save your settings. Your Raken time card and payroll CSV exports will now be formatted for direct import into Paychex.
Considerations
The Paychex integration formats your Raken CSV export to match Paychex's import requirements β it does not sync data automatically. Time cards must be exported from Raken and uploaded to Paychex manually.
Configure the Settings fields to match your specific Paychex account setup before exporting.
