Step 1: Navigate to Integrations
Log into the Raken web app. Click Company in the left side navigation, then click Integrations.
Step 2: Enable DroneDeploy
Click the DroneDeploy tile to open the integration settings. Click the orange + Enable button in the top right.
Step 3: Get Your View-Only Link from DroneDeploy
Before entering a link in Raken, copy a view-only link from DroneDeploy:
Log into your DroneDeploy account and open the map you want to connect.
Click the Share button in the top right corner.
Click the View Only dropdown.
Choose Link full project and click the link button to copy it.
Note: The Link full project option is available to DroneDeploy customers on Construction Projects Packages or Annualized Construction Volume Packages. If you're on a different package, you can still share links to specific dates instead.
Step 4: Enter Your Link in Raken
Back in Raken, click the Settings tab on the left side of the DroneDeploy integration page. Paste your view-only link and click Save.
How to View DroneDeploy in Raken
Once connected, your DroneDeploy aerial imagery and site progress maps are accessible from Dashboard > Live views. For the best experience and access to more features, you may be prompted to sign into DroneDeploy when viewing the Live views page.
