How to Connect EarthCam
Step 1: Navigate to Integrations
Log into the Raken web app. Click Company in the left side navigation, then click Integrations.
Step 2: Connect EarthCam
Click the EarthCam tile to open the integration settings. Click the orange + Connect button in the top right.
Step 3: Get Your Source Link from EarthCam
Before entering a link in Raken, you need to copy your source link from EarthCam:
Log into your EarthCam account.
Navigate to Admin > Public Outreach.
Customize the viewer settings as needed.
Copy the Standalone Webpage link.
Make sure the Full Screen Mode option is not checked — this is required for the feed to display correctly in Raken.
Step 4: Enter Your Source Link in Raken
Back in Raken, click the Settings tab on the left side of the EarthCam integration page. Paste your Standalone Webpage link and click Save.
How to View EarthCam in Raken
Once connected, your EarthCam feed is accessible from Dashboard > Live views. You can view live and historical footage, download clips, and share noteworthy moments directly from the viewer.
