Daily reports can fall behind on a busy jobsite. Raken's Compliance feature gives you a clear view of completed, unsigned, and missed reports—so you can identify gaps, take action, and keep your project records audit-ready.
Quick Answer
To manage project compliance:
Log into the Raken Web App.
Click Projects in the left side navigation bar and select your project.
Click Compliance in the left side menu.
Select Completed to view signed reports or Missed to view outstanding ones.
Hover over a missed date to choose No Work Done, Complete Daily, or Reminder.
How to View and Manage Compliance on the Web
Step 1: Navigate to Compliance
Log into the Raken Web App. Click Projects in the left side navigation bar and select the project you want to review.
Step 2: Open the Compliance Menu
Scroll down in the left side menu and click Compliance.
Step 2b: Or Use the Calendar View
Alternatively, from Daily Logs, click the Calendar button for a visual overview of the month. Each day is color-coded:
Completed: Reports that are finished and signed.
Unsigned: Reports that have data entered but lack a signature.
Missed: Days with no data and no No Work Done status.
Step 3: Review Completed Reports
Click Completed to see all signed reports for the project. To sign multiple reports at once, check the box on each report—a green Sign button will appear.
Step 3b: Sign Unsigned Reports
Click on any day marked Unsigned. Click the orange Sign button. If the button is greyed out, the report needs at least one entry (a note, work log, or photo) before it can be signed.
Step 4: Address Missed Reports
Click Missed to see a list of dates with no completed report. Hover over any date to take action:
No Work Done — Moves the day from Missed to Completed with a No Work Done tag.
Complete Daily — Redirects you to that day's report so you can add information and sign it.
Reminder — Sends a notification to team members on this account to complete the missing report.
Step 5: Notify Subcontractors
To notify subs about all missed dailies at once, click the bell icon at the top of the Missed list. To notify for an individual date, hover over that date and select Reminder.
Step 6: Bulk-Assign No Work Done
If the jobsite was closed for a period (weather, holidays), click the crescent moon icon next to the Calendar button. Set a Start Date and End Date, then click Save to mark the entire range as No Work Done at once.
Step 7: Bulk Download Super Daily Reports
The Compliance page is also where you bulk download Super Daily reports — useful at project closeout. From Completed, click Super Dailys on the right-hand side to switch views, then click the download button in the top right corner. For projects with a large volume of Super Daily reports, use a custom timeframe (e.g., by year) instead of downloading the entire project duration at once to avoid a slow download.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
Why is the Sign button greyed out?
A report must contain at least one entry—such as a work log, note, or photo—before it can be signed. Add a quick note to enable the signature button.
Will the Compliance menu show all companies on my project?
Yes. Compliance is organized by company, so you can track completed and missed reports for your organization and any subcontractors separately.
What is the difference between Missed and Unsigned?
A Missed daily has no data and no No Work Done status. An Unsigned daily has data entered but has not been finalized with a digital signature.
Can I mark multiple days as No Work Done at once?
Yes. From the Daily Logs Calendar view, click the crescent moon icon, set a start and end date, and click Save. This bulk-marks all selected days.
Can I bulk download all Super Daily reports for a project — for example, at project closeout?
Yes. From Compliance > Completed, click Super Dailys to switch to that view, then click the download button. This is separate from the standard Daily report bulk download. For long projects, break the download into smaller timeframes (e.g., by year) rather than downloading the entire duration at once.

Considerations
Consistent compliance ensures you have a signed record for every project day—critical for audits, insurance, and legal claims.
Use the No Work Done tool for weekends, holidays, or weather days to keep your compliance dashboard clean.
Best practice: check the Compliance tab every Monday morning to catch gaps from the previous week.
Super Daily reports have their own bulk download path here, separate from standard Daily reports — useful for project closeout.
