Ensuring that your employees time is differentiated between shifts can be vital to accurate production tracking and accurate time cards. Raken allows your team to associate their timecards with specific shifts.
Steps
Creating and Adjusting Shifts
Log into the Raken Web App.
Click the Company button on the menu on the left side of the page.
Click Time settings in the menu that appears.
Select Policies from the sub menu that appears.
Click the Manage policies button in the top right corner of the page.
Click on the policy that you would like to adjust shifts for.
Select Shifts from the menu on the left side of the page.
Click the green + Add shift found in the top right corner of the page to add a new shift.
If you have existing shifts you can click the button to the left of the page to activate and inactive the shift.
To edit an existing shift you can click the menu button on the far right side of the page.
All employees that are associated with the edited Time Policy will have the option to associate their time cards with the created and/or edited shift.
