During a project's life you may need to put things on hold or archive things for a later time. Raken can help organize your projects.

You can manage your project's state using the Project State setting in Raken. Raken supports three different project states.

Active - Projects you and your team are working on.

Inactive - Projects that are no longer being worked on or are on hold.

Deleted - Projects that have been completed or were created in error.

Inactive and deleted states will not show up on your project list or dashboard (web or mobile).

How to Change a Projects State

  1. Log into the Raken Web App.
