How to Create and Set Up a Project on the Web

Much like in the construction industry, your work in Raken is organized into projects to track field activities. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to create a project using the web platform.

Steps

  1. Open the Projects Tab on the Raken Web App.

  2. Click on "+ New Project" in the top right corner

  3. Enter relevant information.

    1. Project Name (Required)

    2. Job #

    3. Street Address (City, State, Zip code, Country)

    4. Project groups

    5. Project template

    6. If project policy exceptions are enabled you can also select the policy

  4. Lastly, click "Save" to create your project.
    ​



Note

  • Update any existing information after the project was created by going to:

    • Projects -> Desired Project -> Settings -> General -> Info
