Finding out who is working on a project shouldn't be difficult. That's why we have created a centralized project directory where you can easily view all Employees, Companies and Contacts on a project by project basis.
Managing Employees, Companies and Contacts
Log into the Raken Web App.
Click the Project button on the left side of your screen.
Select the project from the list that you want to manage Employees, Companies, or Collaborator for.
Click the Project directory option found in the menu on the left side of the page.
Select Employee, Company or Collaborators option depending on the adjustments that you would like to make for project assignment.
You can perform the following actions for each selection.
Employee - Add or remove employee access to the project.
Company - Add or remove company association with the project.
Collaborators - Add or remove collaborators access to the project.
