Raken lets you set customizable push notifications on your mobile device so you never forget to complete a daily report. You can also set reminders for clocking in and out, and create custom reminders for other recurring tasks.

To set up daily reminders:
Tap More in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap Notifications.
Set your work week, daily report reminder time, and any clock in/out reminders.
Tap Save.
How to Set Up Notifications
Step 1: Open Notifications Settings
Open the Raken mobile app. Tap More in the bottom navigation bar, then tap Notifications.
Step 2: Set Your Work Week
Tap My work week and specify which days of the week you work. Reminders will only be sent on your selected working days.
Step 3: Configure Your Reminders
Choose the reminders that apply to you:
Daily report reminders — toggle on and set the time of day you want to be reminded to complete your daily report.
Clock in/out reminders — set a reminder to clock in at the start of your shift and clock out at the end.
Add custom reminders — create reminders for any other tasks or recurring items specific to your workflow.
Step 4: Save
Tap Save in the top right corner to apply your settings.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
I'm not receiving reminders even though I set them up — why?
Check that Raken has permission to send notifications on your device. On iOS, go to Settings > Raken > Notifications. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Raken > Notifications.
Can I set different reminder times for different days?
Not currently — one reminder time applies to all selected working days. Use Add custom reminders to create day-specific notifications if needed.
Can my Account Admin set reminders for the whole team?
Notification reminders are personal — each team member sets their own preferences on their device. Account Admins can configure project-level notification settings from the web app under Projects > Settings > Notifications.

Considerations
