Signing your daily report is the final step that officially closes out the day — creating a legally defensible, timestamped record of all field activity. Once signed, reports are automatically distributed to your configured email recipients.

Troubleshooting & FAQ
The Sign button is greyed out — why?
Raken requires at least one entry before a report can be signed. Add a note, work log, or any other entry, then the Sign button will become active.
I signed the wrong day — can I undo it?
Yes. Open the signed report and click or tap the Unsign button to remove the signature.
Will signing send the report to recipients automatically?
Yes — if you have email recipients configured under Settings > Daily Reporting > Recipients. Recipients set to on sign receive it immediately.
Can someone else sign on my behalf?
Any team member with sign permissions on the project can sign. Account Admins and Project Admins have sign permissions by default.
