Walking the jobsite isn't always possible — but with Live Views, you don't have to. By connecting a compatible jobsite camera or 360° imaging platform to Raken, your office team can see what's happening on the ground in real time, right from the Raken dashboard.

Quick Answer

To access Live Views, click Dashboard in the left navigation of the Raken web app, then click Live views. From there you can enable integrations with TrueLook, EarthCam, HoloBuilder, or DroneDeploy. Each integration requires a separate account with the third-party platform.

What Is Live Views?

Live Views is a hub inside the Raken Dashboard that connects your account to third-party jobsite visibility tools. Once connected, you can view live camera feeds, 360° walkthroughs, drone imagery, and historical footage without leaving Raken. Each integration is set up and managed separately from this page.

Supported Integrations

TrueLook

Connect your TrueLook links to Raken to get jobsite visibility directly from your dashboard. With the integration enabled, your team can view TrueLook live feeds, switch between different TrueLook cameras, review historical footage, and operate PTZ cameras. Click Enable TrueLook to get started, or click Learn more for setup instructions.

EarthCam

Connect EarthCam to stream live and recorded jobsite footage directly in Raken. Once the integration is connected, click Add a source and enter your EarthCam source links from the Settings tab. Your sources can be found in the Public Outreach tool in your EarthCam account. Click Learn more for full setup guidance.

HoloBuilder

Embed your HoloBuilder projects into Raken to access 360° photo walkthroughs without switching platforms. Once configured, your team can take measurements, create scenes, and markup 360° images from inside Raken. Click Enable HoloBuilder to connect your account, or click Learn more for setup instructions.

DroneDeploy

Connect DroneDeploy to pull aerial imagery and site progress maps directly into your Raken dashboard. With the integration enabled, your team can view the latest DroneDeploy details for your projects without leaving Raken. Click Enable DroneDeploy to get started, or click Learn more for setup guidance.

Once connected, your live feed or 360° project will be accessible from the Live views page in Raken. Your team can return here anytime to check in on jobsite progress.

Troubleshooting & FAQ

Do I need a separate account with each platform?

Yes. Each Live Views integration requires an active account with the third-party platform — TrueLook, EarthCam, HoloBuilder, or DroneDeploy. Raken connects to those accounts; it does not provide the camera or imaging service itself.

Can all team members view Live Views?

Live Views is accessible to anyone with Raken web app access. The feeds and images they can see will depend on what has been connected and configured for your account.

Who sets up the integrations?

Live Views integrations are set up by Account Admins from the Dashboard. Once configured, the connected feeds are visible to your full team in Raken.

Is Live Views available on mobile?

No. Live Views is available on the Raken web app only.
