How to Customize Project Logos in Raken

Whether you're on a joint venture or managing multiple branches, Raken lets you assign a unique logo to each project. The project logo overrides your company's default logo on all reports for that project.

  1. Log into the Raken Web App.

  2. Click Projects and select your project.

  3. Scroll down in the left side menu, click Settings, then select General.

  4. Click the PDF & Logo tab.

  5. Click the logo box and upload your image file.

  6. Click Save.


How to Customize a Project Logo on the Web

Step 1: Open Your Project

Log into the Raken Web App. Click Projects in the left side navigation bar and select the project for which you want to add a custom logo.

Step 2: Open Project Settings

Scroll down in the left side menu and click Settings. Select General.

Step 3: Navigate to PDF and Logo

Click the PDF & Logo tab.

Step 4: Upload Your Logo

Click the empty logo box on the page. A file picker will open—select the image file containing your logo from your device.

Step 5: Save

Click Save. The selected logo will appear on all reports for that project going forward.

Does the project logo override my company default logo?

Yes. A project-specific logo overrides the company default logo on all PDFs generated for that project.

What image formats are supported?

Raken supports standard image formats including PNG and JPG. For best results, use a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background.

Can I remove the project logo and revert to the company default?

Yes. Return to Settings > General > PDF & Logo and remove the uploaded image to revert to your company default.
