The Raken Gallery gives you a single view of every photo, PDF, and document uploaded to a project — organized by date and easy to search, download, or share. Photos appear in the Gallery automatically when they are uploaded through Daily Logs (Notes, Work Logs, or Attachments). There is no way to upload directly to the Gallery.
What Is the Gallery?
The Gallery is a read-only collection of all files attached to a project's daily reports over time. It is not an upload destination — it is a consolidated view. To add photos or documents to a project, upload them through:
Notes — attach photos to a daily note
Work Logs — attach photos to a work log entry
Attachments — attach files directly to the daily report
Once uploaded through any of these sections, files appear in the Gallery automatically.
How to View the Gallery
Open your project in the Raken web app.
Click Gallery in the left navigation menu.
Scroll to browse photos, PDFs, and documents organized by date.
Click any file to view it in full screen.
To download, click the download icon at the top right.
To edit a file name or add a description, open the file in full screen and click the pencil icon in the top right.
Performance Plan: bulk download all project photos and attachments at once using the download button at the top of the Gallery page.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
I don't see an upload button in the Gallery — how do I add photos?
There is no upload button in the Gallery — this is by design. Upload photos through Notes, Work Logs, or Attachments in your daily report. They will appear in the Gallery automatically once uploaded.
Why are some photos missing from the Gallery?
Photos only appear in the Gallery if they were attached to a daily report section (Notes, Work Logs, or Attachments). Photos taken outside of Raken or not yet attached to a report will not appear.
