Troubleshooting & FAQ
My reports aren't syncing to Autodesk Forma — what should I check?
Data syncs only after daily reports are signed. Unsigned reports are not transferred. Also verify that your Autodesk account has the Docs module enabled and that the Raken app has been installed from Account Admin in Autodesk before connecting in Raken.
My projects dropped from the integration — what happened?
Projects can drop when they go inactive in Raken or when there is a mapping mismatch between platforms. To fix: re-map the project in Company > Integrations > Autodesk Construction Cloud, and confirm the project is active in both Raken and Autodesk Forma.
Do completed RFIs sync automatically?
Yes. Completed RFIs sync to the Documents tool in Autodesk Forma along with your daily reports and other field data.
