The Raken Labor Map gives you a live visual overview of where your workforce is deployed across all your active projects — plotted on a map so you can see at a glance which sites have the most manpower, which are understaffed, and how labor is distributed across your portfolio.

Click Map.
Click Employees to view workforce headcount by location.
Requires the Performance Plan.
How to Access the Labor Map
Log into the Raken web app. Click Projects in the left side navigation, then click Map. Select Employees from the map's sub-navigation to see workforce headcount plotted by location across your active projects.
Projects vs. Employees Map Views
The Map section under Projects has two views:
Employees — plots your workforce by location, with headcount totals shown on each cluster. This is the Labor Map.
Projects — plots your project sites by location, with filters for Active, Inactive, and Deleted status. Use this view to see where your job sites are without workforce data.
Use the Filters and Export buttons on the Employees view to narrow results and download map data. Use Select projects and the status filter on the Projects view to control which sites appear.
Reading the Labor Map
Each cluster on the map shows a headcount total based on the most recent daily log entries for the employees in that area. Zoom in to break large clusters into individual project locations.
Projects without recent manpower entries may appear on the map without a headcount number. Encourage your field supervisors to log work logs daily to keep the map current.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
Why doesn't my project appear on the map?
Projects only appear on the Labor Map if they have a valid address configured. To add or update a project address, navigate to Projects > [Project] > Settings > General.
The headcount on the map looks wrong — why?
The headcount reflects data from the most recent daily logs submitted for that project. If your team hasn't logged work logs for the day, the number may be out of date or missing. Check Projects > [Project] > Daily Logs > Work logs to see what's been submitted.
Is the Labor Map available on mobile?
No. The Labor Map is available on the Raken web app only.
Does the Labor Map require a specific plan?
Yes. The Labor Map requires the Performance Plan.
Is this the same as Live Views?
No. Live Views, found under Dashboard > Live views, connects third-party jobsite cameras and 360° imaging tools like TrueLook, EarthCam, HoloBuilder, and DroneDeploy. The Labor Map is a different feature — found under Projects > Map — that shows workforce and project locations. It doesn't require any third-party integration.

Considerations
The Labor Map requires the Performance Plan.
The Labor Map is found under Projects > Map > Employees — not Dashboard. Live Views (Dashboard) is a separate feature for third-party camera and imaging integrations.
Projects must have a valid address to appear on the Labor Map.
Headcount accuracy depends on daily work log entries — consistent logging keeps the map current.
