Raken takes account security and data integrity seriously. To protect your account, Raken limits the number of mobile devices that can be logged in simultaneously under a single set of credentials. If that limit is reached, you'll see an alert in the mobile app — here's what it means and how to resolve it.
Quick Answer
If you see a credentials alert or a "conf account" message:
Your login is already active on 2 mobile devices, the maximum allowed. Trying to log in on a 3rd mobile device triggers the alert.
Contact your Account Administrator or Raken Support — do not attempt to resolve this on your own.
We'll review your account and clear inactive sessions so you can log in.
Note: Logging in on the web app via Google Chrome does not count toward this limit — it only applies to mobile devices.
Alerts on the Raken Web App
The 2-device limit applies to mobile only, so this alert is not expected on the web app. If you do see a credentials-related banner at the top of the page when logging into the Raken web app, contact your Account Administrator or Raken Support to resolve it. Do not attempt to clear sessions yourself.
Alerts on the Raken Mobile App
If your login is already active on 2 mobile devices and you attempt to log in on a 3rd, you'll see an alert or a "conf account" message when you attempt to log into the Raken mobile app. Contact your Account Administrator or Raken Support to regain access.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
What does "conf account" mean?
"Conf account" is an alert that appears on the Raken mobile app when a login is already active on the maximum of 2 mobile devices and a 3rd device attempts to log in with the same credentials. It means your account is temporarily blocked from logging in on additional devices. Contact Raken Support to resolve it — do not attempt to log out of other devices yourself, as this requires account-level access.
What causes a credentials alert?
A credentials alert appears when a login is already active on 2 mobile devices and a 3rd mobile device attempts to log in with the same credentials. This can happen if you've logged in on multiple phones or tablets without logging out, or if your credentials are being used on devices you no longer use.
How do I resolve the alert?
Contact your Account Administrator or Raken Support at support@rakenapp.com or call 866-438-0646. We can review the active sessions on your account and clear the inactive devices so you can log in normally.
Can I prevent this from happening?
Yes. Log out of Raken on mobile devices you're no longer using — especially older phones or shared devices — before they accumulate. Logging into the web app via Chrome does not count toward the 2-device limit, so switching between web and mobile freely is fine.
Is this related to account security?
Yes. If you see this alert unexpectedly and didn't log in from a 3rd mobile device yourself, contact Raken Support right away so we can review your account for unauthorized access.

If you see this alert unexpectedly, treat it as a potential security concern and contact Raken Support promptly.
