The Raken web app has always been a simple tool to access all data that is captured on your jobsites. The Raken web app has been redesigned to provide you with more space to get your work done no matter the device that you are using.
The new design includes three main improvements and features:
New left-hand menu.
Central place for administrator tools.
Central place for all time tracking related functions.
New Left-Hand Menu
A new left hand menu now enables you to have more space to view the information that matters most.
When working on smaller screens like a laptop, the menu collapses to provide more space for your work. When you need to access the menu, simply hover your mouse near the left side of the screen, and it will expand.
On larger screens the menu is always visible and accessible while still giving you ample of space to view jobsite information.
Administrator Tools
Previously you had to click through multiple pages and screens to access administrator tools.
Administrator tools are now quickly accessed through an icon that is always present at the bottom of the menu that is found on the left side of the screen.
Central Time Tracking Functions
Time tracking tools are now accessed through a new icon that is always present on the menu that is found on the left side of the screen.
The time tracking icon takes you to a page where you can access previous timesheets, your own personal time tracking and review and approve previous timecards and timesheets.
