When you're getting ready to process payroll, it can be tough to collect hours from dozens of workers. With time tracking in Raken hours are automatically collected from the daily reports entered in the field and collected online for you to review. Read below to learn how to easily view and manage your organizations time cards from one central place on the Raken web app.
Time Card Management
Once employee time cards are captured, the tedious work of reviewing and managing them begins. Fortunately, Raken's Time page organizes all your organization's time cards in one central place. Time cards for your organization can be viewed and managed across four different pages within the Time page: Summary, Grid, Entries, and Timesheets.
Summary
The Summary view provides you with a general overview of time that employees have logged during a predetermined time frame. You can choose to view the summary page by day, week, month, or pay period.
Grid
The Grid view displays your employees' hours worked across the week. You're able to see which employees worked which days and the amount of time logged on each day.
Entries
The Entries view shows you each of your employees and their individual time cards for a predetermined time frame. You can choose to view this page by day, week, month, or pay period.
Timesheets
The Timesheets view is the classic Raken timesheets page where you can see an employee's total hours. From here, you can click on their name to view individual time cards and their details. This page also allows you to approve time cards and sync time to your integrated accounting software.

Log into the Raken Web App.
