With Raken’s Small Equipment reports, you can easily generate an equipment report to have further insight on small equipment usage across multiple projects. Follow the steps below to learn how!

Small Equipment Snapshots
An overview of your organizations small equipment across all your projects. These snapshots can be generated manually or scheduled.
Great for helping you determine what small equipment is where across your projects.
Small Equipment History
An in depth summary of what small equipment was where for the time period that you would like.
Steps
Log in to Raken Web App.
Click on the Projects tab.
Click on the blue Reports button that is found in the top right corner of the page. In the dropdown that appears select Small equipment snapshot or Small equipment history.
Small equipment snapshot
If you select Small equipment snapshot you will enter the desired recipient email address.
You can also optionally choose to schedule a Small equipment snapshot to be sent at your preferred interval.

You will select the project or projects that the report contains.
You will select the timeframe.
You will enter the desired recipient email address.
You can also optionally choose to schedule a Small equipment history to be sent at your preferred interval.
Click the orange Send button to send the report to the specified email address.
Considerations
In order to view and run an Small equipment report, you must have admin-level permission.
Small equipment tracking features are available to Performance plan users.
