How To Add and Manage Third Party Contacts in Raken

Collaboration is an integral part of a successful operation. Adding those contacts that you regularly work with to Raken enables those external contacts and your employees to effectively collaborate through the Raken platform.


Adding Contacts to Raken

  1. Log into the Raken Web App.

  2. Click Directory on the menu on the left side of the page.

  3. Select the option labeled Contacts.

  4. Click the orange button labeled + Contact in the top right corner of the page.

  5. Add the First name, Last name, Email, Phone, Title and Company

    1. First name, Last name and Company are the only required fields.

  6. You will then be taken to the newly created Contacts profile page.

You can bulk upload contacts into Raken by following the steps below.

  1. Click the elipsis button found to the left of the orange button labeled + Contact in the top right corner of the page.

  2. Select the option labeled Import.

    1. You can then download the pre-formatted sample file and upload the completed CSV to import your contacts.


Managing Contacts in Raken

Occasionally a contacts information change. With this in mind, Raken allows you to adjust and edit existing contact characteristics within Raken.

  1. Log into the Raken Web App.

  2. Click Directory on the menu on the left side of the page.

  3. Select the option labeled Contact.

  4. Select the contact whose details you want to manage.

  5. Adjust the contacts First name, Last name, Email, Phone, Title and Company as needed.

  6. After making the desired changes click the orange Save button found in the top right corner of the page.

You can also bulk inactivate or delete contacts by clicking the checkbox next to a contacts name and then clicking the desired option found in the top right corner of the page.
