How Automatic Weather Capture Works
Raken automatically captures the weather information for a project based on its location. Simply enter your project address and we will pull in the temperature, general conditions, wind speed, precipitation, and humidity at three customizable times throughout the day. We'll even add it directly to your daily report so that you can quickly document and explain any weather-related delays.
How to Ensure the Most Accurate Weather Data?
All weather data captured in Raken is based off of the address listed in the projects settings. You can adjust a project's location using the following steps.
Log into the Raken Web App.
In the side menu you see on the left side of your screen, select Projects.
Of the projects shown, select the one you would like to make an adjustment for.
When in your desired project, navigate to the Settings option on the left side of the page.
Click on the General option.
On the page that appears you can adjust the project's address and location information.
Click the Save button after you have made any changes.
How to Customize the Times Displayed on the Daily Report
Log into the Raken Web App.
In the side menu you see on the left side of your screen, select Projects.
Of the projects shown, select the one you would like to make an adjustment for.
When in your desired project, navigate to the Settings option on the left side of the page.
Click the option Daily Reporting.
On the page that appears you can adjust the three times displayed on the daily report in addition to the unit that the Temperature, Wind speed, and Precipitation will be displayed in.
Click the Save button after you have made any changes.
