Keeping your team informed with the latest project updates is essential for success. Raken makes it easy to enable real-time notifications when a team member reports a safety incident, logs a delay, or misses a daily report. Follow the steps below to learn how to set it up!
Setting up Notification Preferences
Log into the Raken Web App.
Click on the Projects tab at the top of the page.
Select the project for which you would like to adjust notifications for.
Click on the Settings button found at the bottom of the menu bar.
Click on the Notifications option that appears.
On the page that appears you can check the boxes next to each project member's name for the types of notifications to be received.
Changes to this page are saved automatically.
