What it does: The AI analyzes data from work logs (progress and milestones), safety observations, delays, equipment utilization, weather, toolbox talks, notes, attachments, and more. It prioritizes critical items, such as key safety concerns and project delays, at the top, followed by accomplished milestones, general progress, and other notable highlights.
How to access it: Upon logging in, a prominent banner highlights the new AI summaries. Clicking "View Summaries" filters your activity feed (the default homepage) to display only these AI-generated items. Select any summary to open a detailed sidebar view.

A: Yes, summaries and tagging will still appear even with minimal data input. However, the more data provided (e.g., work logs, observations, attachments), the more valuable and detailed the AI output becomes. The system is designed to handle varying levels of usage.
