Having an accurate breakdown of costs incurred on a job is vital to running a successful and profitable business. With production summary & worksheet reports you can see total hours, material quantities and equipment details on a cost code basis.  The production summary report is a detailed PDF report with a breakdown of the desired information. The worksheet report is an excel sheet that details the desired information with prebuilt formulas to assist you in calculating total cost in dollar amounts.

Production Summary Report
The production summary report provides a PDF report that is broken up into three separate sections. Those being labor, materials and equipment. Each section will contain a breakdown of production data for the cost codes that are specified when creating the report.
- Log into the Raken Web App. 
- Click the Projects button that is found in the menu bar on the left side of the page. 
- Click the Reports button found in the top right corner of the page. 
- Select the Production summary from the list that appears. - Specify the project for which the report will be generated for. 
- Specify the cost code or cost codes that you would like production information for. 
- Select the time frame with which the report will cover. 
- Enter in the email address or email addresses that will receive the production summary report. 
- Click the Send button. 
 
Production Worksheet Report
The production worksheet report provides a excel document that is broken up into three separate sections. Those being labor, materials and equipment. Each section will contain a breakdown of production data for the cost codes that are specified when creating the report. This excel document includes built-in cost/rate fields and the appropriate formulas that make it easy to calculate total costs and invoice amounts. All you need to do is enter in the dollar amount.

- Click the Reports button found in the top right corner of the page. 
- Select the Production worksheet from the list that appears. - Specify the project for which the report will be generated for. 
- Specify the cost code or cost codes that you would like production information for. 
- Select the time frame with which the report will cover. 
- Enter in the email address or email addresses that will receive the production summary report. 
- Click the Send button.
