Photo and File Favorites in Raken Gallery

Finding important files and images uploaded to projects has never been easier.

Photos and files that are uploaded to projects can really pile up. Sometimes we find that we have uploaded hundreds or thousands of photos and files. You can now favorite those photos and files that are most important to you. Once favorited, photos and files are easier to find and reference.

Steps

Raken Web App

  1. Log into the Raken Web App.

  2. Click the Projects button at the top of the page.

  3. Select the project that contains photos or files that you would like to favorite.

    1. You can find steps to uploading Photos, Videos and Documents to the Raken Mobile App here.

  4. Click the Gallery option found on the left side of page.

  5. Once on the Gallery page you will see all photos and files that have been uploaded to the project.

    1. In the bottom right corner of each photo or file preview you will see a Star icon.

    2. Clicking the Star icon will favorite that image or file.

  6. You can also click the photo or file preview to view the full size photo or file. In the top right corner of the page you will see the Star icon.

    1. Clicking the Star icon will favorite that image or file.

  7. Once photos or files are favorited you can filter to see only favorited items by clicking the Favorites button at the top of the main gallery page.


Raken Mobile App

  1. Log into the Raken mobile app.

  2. Tap the Project that contains photos or files that you would like to favorite.

  3. Tap the Gallery tool.

  4. Once on the Gallery page you will see all photos and files that have been uploaded to the project.

  5. Tap the photo or file you would like to favorite.

  6. At the bottom of the screen you will see a Star icon. Tapping the Star icon will favorite that image or file.

  7. Once photos or files are favorited you can filter to see only favorited items by clicking the Favorites button at the top of the main gallery page.

Considerations

The photo and file favoriting feature is limited to Raken Performance plan users. If you would like to learn more about our different plans you can chat with our team.
