Log into the OSHA's Injury Tracking Application.

Click the Navigation Menu button

Verify that you have an Establishment created that corresponds to the business you record Incident data for in Raken. If not, create a new Establishment.

Select the option titled See API Token.

Make note of the API token that is listed.

Log into the Raken web app.

Click the Admin button found in the left hand side menu.

Select Integrations from the list of options in the sub menu that will be displayed.

Select the OSHA Submit integration.

Click the + Connect button found in the top right corner of the page.

Enter in the API Token that was noted in step five.

Select the Establishment for which you would like to submit OSHA reports.

Click Authorize Connection.

Click the Admin button found in the left hand side menu.

Select Incidents from the list of options in the sub menu that will be displayed.

Verify that the Submission settings page details match your linked Establishment and then add in your Average annual employees and Total hours worked for the year you wish to submit data for.

Once verified you are able to submit records directly to OSHA by viewing the All incidents page.

Click the Submit button in the top right corner of the page.

Verify all details of the reports.

Once verified the selected reports will be sent to the OSHA ITA.
