Give your daily reports a polished, branded look by choosing which photos appear on the report's cover page — instead of defaulting to whatever was uploaded first.

To select cover photos for a daily report:

Star your preferred photos in the project Gallery.

Open the Daily report preview from Reports.

Click Select cover photos, choose from your starred photos, and click Save.

3. Click Select cover photos, choose from your starred photos, and click Save.

Click Projects in the left navigation and open your project.

Click Gallery in the left side menu.

Click the Star icon on each photo you'd like available as a cover photo option.

Return to Daily Logs, click the blue Reports button in the top right, and select Daily to open the report preview.

Choose which starred photos should appear at the top of the report, then click the orange Save button.

1. Click Projects in the left navigation and open your project.
2. Click Gallery in the left side menu.
3. Click the Star icon on each photo you'd like available as a cover photo option.
4. Return to Daily Logs, click the blue Reports button in the top right, and select Daily to open the report preview.
5. Click Select cover photos.
6. Choose which starred photos should appear at the top of the report, then click the orange Save button.

Open Project Tools and select your project.

Tap Daily Logs, then tap Preview report.

Tap the ellipsis (⋮) in the top right, then tap Select cover photos.

Why aren't my photos showing up as cover photo options?

Only photos that have been starred (favorited) in the project Gallery are available to select as cover photos. Star the photos you want first, then return to the report preview.

Can I preview the report before sending it?

Yes. Opening the Daily report from the Reports button shows a live preview, and any cover photo changes update in that preview immediately before you download or send the report.
