Managing Your Subscription

Here at Raken we want to ensure that your subscription is never interrupted. Our billing page ensures that you have multiple secure options to make payments and change your payment method as needed.


Making Payments

Making payments in Raken is simple and secure. You can make payments with your debit card, credit card or bank account. Additionally, you can set up your account to have automatic billing, so you never have an interruption to your subscription.

  1. Log into the Raken Web App.

  2. Click the Company button at the top of the page.

  3. Click the Billing button found near the top of the page.

  4. Click the Account management button found in the Billing info section of the page that appears.

  5. You will then be taken to your Raken account billing page.

  6. On the right side of the page, you will see your account balance as well as the options to make a payment towards your account balance.


Changing Your Billing Method

In a world where credit cards are lost or stolen, and card numbers expire, you may need to update the billing method for your Raken account. We make updating your card on file simple and secure. Or you can ensure that your subscription is never interrupted by setting up billing through your bank account.

  1. Log into the Raken Web App.

  2. Click the Company button at the top of the page.

  3. Click the Billing button found near the top of the page.

  4. Click the Account management button found in the Billing info section of the page that appears.

  5. You will then be taken to your Raken account billing page.

  6. On the right side of the page, you will see details about your current payment method.

  7. To change your payment method, you will click the button labeled Need To Change Payment Method.

  8. You can then select your new payment type.

    1. You will then be prompted to enter in the payment methods information.
