Safety and Quality Control Reporting in Raken

Creating and managing Checklists and Observations are one thing. Reporting is another. Raken is your solution for Safey and QC Reporting.

Company Level

Raken offers company level reporting for Safety and Quality Control. Company level reporting and dashboards gather information pulled from all your projects Toolbox Talks, Checklists and Observations.

Safety

Dashboard

You can use the safety dashboard to view safety related logs that have been captured in checklists, toolbox talks and observations.

  1. Log into the Raken Web App.

  2. In the Dashboard menu, located on the left side of your screen, select the Insights section.

  3. Click Safety to view the Safety Insights across your projects.

Reports

You can pull reports that detail specific company level information for observations and toolbox talks.

  1. Log into the Raken Web App.

  2. Click the Projects menu on the left side of your screen.

  3. In this menu, click the blue Reports button near the top right corner of the page.

  4. Select the type of Safety report you desire.

    1. Toolbox Talks

    2. Observations

Quality Control

Dashboard

You can use the quality control dashboard to view quality control logs that have been captured in checklists and observations.

  1. Log into the Raken Web App.

  2. In the Dashboard menu, located on the left side of your screen, select the Insights section.

  3. Click Quality Control to view the QC Insights across your projects.

Report

You can pull reports that detail specific company level information for checklists and observations.

  1. Log into the Raken Web App.

  2. Click the Projects menu on the left side of your screen.

  3. In this menu, click the blue Reports button near the top right corner of the page.

  4. Select the type of Quality Control report you desire.

Note:

  1. Safety and Quality Control reports can be obtained directly within a project to only receive information from that specific project.

  2. Checklist Type determines which Insights (Safety or Quality Control) account for the checklist.

    1. Commissioning and Quality types = Quality Dashboard

    2. Safety, Environmental, Equipment types = Safety Dashboard (HSE)

    3. General Type= Not shown on Dashboard Insight
