Company Level
Raken offers company level reporting for Safety and Quality Control. Company level reporting and dashboards gather information pulled from all your projects Toolbox Talks, Checklists and Observations.
Safety
Dashboard
You can use the safety dashboard to view safety related logs that have been captured in checklists, toolbox talks and observations.
Log into the Raken Web App.
Click the Insights button near the top left corner of the page.
Click Safety on the right side of the page to view the Safety dashboard
Reports
You can pull reports that detail specific company level information for observations and toolbox talks.
Log into the Raken Web App.
Click the Projects button found at the top of the page.
Click the Reports button near the top right corner of the page.
Select the type of Safety report you desire.
Quality Control
Dashboard
You can use the quality control dashboard to view quality control logs that have been captured in checklists and observations.
Log into the Raken Web App.
Click the Insights button near the top left corner of the page.
Click Quality Control on the right side of the page to view the Quality Control dashboard
Report
You can pull reports that detail specific company level information for observations.
Log into the Raken Web App.
Click the Projects button found at the top of the page.
Click the Reports button near the top right corner of the page.
Select the Observations report.
Project Level
Raken offers project level reporting for Safety and Quality Control. Project level reporting and dashboards gather information pulled from a projects Toolbox Talks, Checklists and Observations.

Log into the Raken Web App.
Click the Projects button found at the top of the page.
Select the project which has the information desired.
Click the Safety & QC button on the left side of the page.
Click the Insights option that appears.
The dashboard that appears will detail information gathered from checklists, observations and toolbox talks completed for the project.
Report
You can pull reports that detail specific project level information for observations and toolbox talks.
Log into the Raken Web App.
Click the Projects button found at the top of the page.
Select the project which has the information desired.
Click the Reports button that is found near the top right corner of the page.
Select the type of Safety report you desire.
Quality Control
Dashboard
You can use the quality control dashboard to view quality control logs that have been captured in checklists and observations.
Log into the Raken Web App.
Click the Projects button found at the top of the page.
Select the project which has the information desired.
Click the Safety & QC button on the left side of the page.
Click the Insights option that appears.
Click Quality Control near the top of the page.
The dashboard that appears will detail information gathered from checklists and observations completed for the project.
Report
You can pull reports that detail specific project level information for observations.
Log into the Raken Web App.
Click the Projects button found at the top of the page.
Select the project which has the information desired.
Click the Reports button that is found near the top right corner of the page.
Select the Observations report.
Keep in mind that checklist types determine which reports display which checklists.
Commissioning and Quality types = Quality Dashboard
Safety, Environmental, Equipment types = Safety Dashboard (HSE)
General Type= No Dashboard
