In this article, learn how to generate and export the RFI report in Raken to track question status, response counts, and overdue items across a project.

Written by Carolina Manos

The RFI report gives you a complete, exportable log of every Request for Information on a project — where each one stands, how long it's been open, and who's responsible for the next response.

Quick Answer

To run the RFI report:

  1. Log into the Raken web app. Click Projects and open your project.

  2. Click the Reports button in the top right corner and select RFI.

  3. Select your Project, enter the recipient email in Send to, and click Send.

The RFI report requires the Performance Plan.

  4. Click Send.

Troubleshooting & FAQ

The RFI report shows no RFIs — why?

The RFI report reflects RFIs that have been created on the selected project. If no RFIs have been logged, the report PDF will show empty columns and zero totals.

Can the RFI report be scheduled to run automatically?

Check the Scheduled tab in the report modal — if available for this report, you can set up recurring delivery rather than running it on demand each time.

Can I run the RFI report across multiple projects at once?

No — the RFI report is project-specific. Select a single project when running it. To review RFIs across your whole company, use Company > RFIs for a master list instead.
