Raken now offers flexible, pre-built overtime rule templates designed to adapt to any project, including California’s consecutive-day overtime requirements. These templates help ensure accurate calculations while reducing setup time and payroll errors.

  • In addition to creating custom overtime rules, teams can now choose from predefined templates that reflect common labor policies and state-specific regulations. Overtime rules are created and applied by payroll policy.

  • Once applied, the overtime rule will automatically calculate overtime and double time based on the selected policy. Learn more about payroll policies here: http://help.rakenapp.com/en/articles/10421301-what-are-time-policies.
