How the Dashboard Views Feature Works

Project managers and executives typically access Raken in the office on the Web App to view their company's dashboard and activity feed. All inputs made by users in the Raken app are displayed in a live activity stream in chronological order. This lets you to see real-time updates for of all the projects you oversee.

The Dashboard Views allow you to filter a view by date, project name, document type, category or even keyword. Views can be named and saved for future reference.

For example, if you're always searching for pictures from all your job sites in real-time, simply select the filters "Images" and "All Time". The view created will show any reports that have photos, sorted by date. Just give it a name and hit "Save".
