So, you have too many missed dailies? Let's take care of those so you can keep your projects 100% compliant.

The three things you can do (besides signing your dailies) are:

  1. Give your project a Start & End Date
  2. Adjust the project's Required Report Frequency
  3. Utilize the "No Work Done" tool as needed.

We'll now explore the How-to for each of these:

     1. Give your project a Start & End Date - Adjust for the projected end date to ensure that missed dailies aren't tallied after that date. This can be updated or extended at any time.

From the web:  Login to app.rakenapp.com and click Projects> select the Project> click Settings> Settings> Info. Make your adjustment(s) and click Save.

From the app: Open the project and click into Settings via the three vertical dots in the Heading Section. Adjust the end date and click Save.

     2. Adjust the project's Required Report Frequency - Customize which days reports are required to account for different job types.

From the web only: Log into app.rakenapp.com and click Projects> select the Project> click Settings> Settings> General. Make your adjustment(s) and click Save.

     3. Utilize the "No Work Done" tool as needed. - For days when there is no work done on site, whether it be due to inclement weather, a holiday or job site delay, assigning the day as "No Work Done" will indicate that no daily report is needed.

From the web: Login to app.rakenapp.com and click Projects> select the Project> click into the Calendar and select the "No Work Done" icon in the upper-right hand corner of the calendar. You'll be able to select a date or date range and click "No work done".

From the app: Click into the project and then into the calendar. Select the "No Work Done" icon in the upper-right hand corner of the calendar. Select a date or date range and click "No work done".
