Time Stamps are shown on the finished PDF Report for all photos & also entries in fields such as Work Logs, Notes, Site Safety Observations, Quality Control Observations, & Survey Questions. Sometimes these stamps do not necessarily need to be on the final report. So we have the option of toggling them off if necessary. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Select whichever Project you’d like to toggle them off in
  2. Select the Project Info tab under the name of the Project
  3. Select the Settings tab
  4. From the drop down menu select Daily Report
  5. At the bottom of this menu is a filed labeled “Date/Time Stamps. Deselect the check boxes for “Include for Photos” & “Include for Entries” to remove the Time Stamps from your Report. To add them back in, make sure these checkboxes are highlighted again
